The 5 Pop Up Wedding services for 2021 are – drum roll please:

1- Two hour Pop up ceremony

This is our all inclusive and much loved ceremony focused celebration which gives you the best bits of a more traditional wedding day. You have access to a private venue that is professionally styled and set up with everything and everyone you need for your legal ceremony, cake and bubbly festivities and full creative couples shoot.

Each Pop Up Wedding has a different predetermined feel and date, so you are sure to find the perfect Pop Up for you. We have 7 unique themes throughout the year in Durban and Joburg.

Each couple receives 2 hours of exclusivity for their ceremony focused celebration which is broken down into 30min personalized ceremony and vows, 30min of cake and bubbly happiness, 45min professional couples shoot with 15min for a sweet ending send off.  A total of 30 guests are welcome to join you for your micro “I Do’s”.

2- Four hour Pop Up ceremony and meal

The perfect step up from our all inclusive ceremony focused celebration, this Pop Up offers you all the team members and infrastructure of our 2hr Pop Up PLUS a choice of either a Brunch or Dinner meal served at your venue.

Each couple receives 4 hours of exclusivity for their ceremony focused celebration and meal which is broken down into 30min personalized ceremony and vows, 45min of cake and bubbly happiness, 2hrs for your decadent meal, 30min professional couples shoot with 15min for a sweet ending send off.  A total of 30 guests are welcome to join you for your micro “I Do’s”.

3- Fully functioning add on reception

Perfect if you want a longer time with your guests after your Pop Up ceremony but still want the ease and stress free planning that is the essence of a Pop Up wedding.

The Pop Up team will source a set number of reception venues close to your Pop up ceremony that can host your perfect style of reception. Cocktail, formal meal or party. This option does allow for more than 30 guests so is a great way of including more of your loved ones in your day without breaking the bank OR losing focus on your personal and intimate ceremony.

4- Personalized ceremony and reception

Here we offer you a fully boutique and customizable small celebration that is still 100% inline with the Pop Up wedding essence and ethos of simple, focused, stress free planning done in a curated, sustainable and stunning way.

You choose your date, your time, how many guests and your venue and we bring fully functioning teams and designs to the table that make your wedding day choices streamlined and affordable. We offer this service for ceremony focused celebrations only as well as ceremony and reception weddings.
