Amber and David traveled all the way from Texas (y’all) to have their secret wedding and honeymoon adventure trip of a lifetime!
They decided to scrap their original ‘big wedding’ plans because they felt like in amongst all the planning, they were losing the focus, intimacy and true meaning of the day, THEIR DAY.
This Bush Sanctuary Pop Up Wedding was the perfect way for two very busy people, who lived halfway across the world to have a beautiful, intimate destination wedding with minimal planning or fuss involved.
Their, lump in your throat – holy moly romantic ceremony was held under a natural cliff between indigenous South African strelitzia and proteas. The mix of dried elements (from our past Pop Up’s) with warm red tones worked so well in this gem of a private nature reserve, just outside of Johannesburg.
This Pop Up Wedding ended with the most perfect Mini wedding cake and bubbly under a giant wild fig. Because watching the sunset over the bush, while holding your lovers hand is how every marriage should start.
Enjoy some of their special pics,
